Starting off in Milton Keynes, I moved up north to Manchester to study illustration at Manchester School of Art. Art was always something that I could fully occupy my mind with and realising I could study and try to make a career out of it was an opportunity I couldn't pass up.

In recent years, I have developed a (somewhat unhealthy) fascination with cryptozoology and things of supernatural origins- likely due to watching an excessive amount of X-files episodes and this has lead my work towards that area of focus. A large interest in fantasy and years of playing D&D have also added fuel to the fire.

As an artist I like to constantly try and push myself and learn new skills, which is how I developed an interest in printmaking and felting. However, the majority of my work is done with pen and pencils- some help from watercolours and ink here and there too- but I hope to try and expand my horizon into working digitally too.
